Who We Are
This group is for liberal and progressive moms and caregivers in the northwest suburbs who are seeking community, support, discussion, education, and shared action. We deeply believe in the power of women and caregivers to drive change, and we know we need each other now more than ever.
We are parents, neighbors, volunteers, and professionals. We show up thoughtfully. We prioritize safety, accuracy, and compassion. This community is led collectively and intentionally, with a focus on creating a space that feels steady, trustworthy, and human.
What We're About
Helping local moms find resources they might not even know exist
Building real connections with other progressive-minded people so we don't feel like we're doing life alone
Keeping each other in the loop about what's happening locally, statewide, and federally
Making advocacy feel doable, fun, and hopeful, not scary or overwhelming
Creating spaces where novice advocates feel welcome and leave feeling better than when they came in
We're active across Palatine, Arlington Heights, Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Rolling Meadows, Hoffman Estates, Mount Prospect, and beyond.
